Chapter 300 Let Go!

Eliza turned to look at Nolan because of what Elaine had said.

She had never once heard Nolan mention that the Hayes family had any sort of responsibility toward the Lynn family.

“That’s the Hayes family’s responsibility to you. You can marry anyone from the Hayes family you want.”

Nolan’s words instantly drained all hope from Elaine’s eyes. “Nolan! If you do this to me, I’ll kill myself!”

The bodyguards nearby panicked.

He simply replied, “Alright.”

“Whatever happens between you two, ligure it out yourselves. I don’t want to be involved.”

Eliza didn’t have the energy to joke around with Halbert.

Eliza didn’t believe for a second that Halbert would bring her anything good.

Halbert said, “That boss of Missy’s…”

He paused deliberately while he spoke, clearly observing Eliza’s expression.
