With a swift movement, Finnegan had already summoned a sword in his hand from thin air.
Sunny's eyes almost popped out of their sockets in his rage. “How dare you!”
“Dare I not?”
With a sneer, Finnegan swung the sword, slicing a deep wound on Tatiana's shoulder, so deep that the bone was visible.
In her unconscious state, Tatiana suddenly opened her eyes, unable to suppress a stifled groan.
Sunny exclaimed angrily, “You shameless brat!”
He roared, ready to charge at Finnegan.
However, Walter directly blocked his path, firmly locking him in with his aura.
Sunny roared, “Walter, you are the chairman of Loang's Martial Arts Alliance and a Senior Grandmaster who is one of the Five Unparalleled. Can you just sit by and watch such despicable and shameless acts? Are you going to aid and abet the tyrant?”
Upon hearing that, Walter looked at Finnegan with an awkward expression.
“Uh...”
Finnegan interrupted Walter with a wave of his hand. Staring directly at Sunny, he said, “You're calling me despicable and shameless, and Walter aiding and abetting the tyrant? Have you lost your mind? Don't you know your and Tatiana's identities?”
Both of them were assassins.
Moreover, Sunny was once the greatest assassin in Loang.
If one were to speak of despicable and shameless acts, the methods they once employed could only be described as no less inferior in any aspect.
Sunny's expression stiffened, and for a moment, he was at a loss for a rebuttal.
Finnegan said coldly, “So stop talking nonsense here. I'm merely using the tactics you once used against you!”
“Hurry up and leave, Sal.”
At this point, Tatiana seemed to regain a bit of consciousness amidst her daze, and she struggled to speak.
Sunny shook his head, declaring, “No, I won't leave!”
With a bitter tone, Tatiana said, “You should leave quickly. This brat Finnegan is too despicable and cunning!”
She thought that Finnegan had truly let her go the night before.
As it turned out, Finnegan had secretly sent someone to keep an eye on her.
Moreover, when Sunny left, he had her directly captured to manipulate Sunny.
One could only imagine just how meticulous and cunning Finnegan's thoughts were.
Sunny, however, shook his head firmly. “No. I won't leave you alone!”
“Sal...”
However, Sunny interrupted her, “Say no more. I've already failed to keep my promise to our master to take care of you for a lifetime. How could I possibly leave you alone now?”
Finnegan chuckled. “You two disciples certainly share a deep bond! Since it's come to this, tell me where the Blood Moon headquarters is located, and I can ensure your safe departure.”
Without any hesitation, Tatiana shook her head. “No way!”
It was a secret she had guarded for her entire life. Even in death, she would never reveal it, for she knew that Finnegan would wipe out the entire Blood Moon as soon as she did.
It could be said that Walter alone was enough to wipe out the entire Blood Moon.
Danger danced in Finnegan's eyes. “Do you truly believe I am a patient man?”
He swung the long sword, leaving yet another wound on Tatiana's body.
Sunny roared in fury, “Stop!”
His figure blurred as he dashed forward.
However, with Walter watching him intently, he had no chance to approach Finnegan before he was sent flying by a single palm strike from Walter.
It was evident that even as a Senior Grandmaster, he was like a mere ant in front of Walter.
Ignoring the blood seeping from her body, Tatiana cried out, “Sal!”
Finnegan no longer had any patience. “It seems none of you intend to say it. Since that's the case, don't blame me for being ruthless and heartless.”
His intent to kill solidified, and he raised the long sword high, aiming it squarely at Tatiana's neck.
“No!”
Sunny's heart lurched, his knees buckling as he fell directly to the ground, pleading, “I beg you!”
However, Finnegan remained unmoved. “If Blood Moon is after my head, do you think your pleas will make a difference?”
Huh?
With a roar of fury, he engaged directly in fierce combat with Walter.
The recently quelled battle surged once again. The stormy turmoil caused the trees and flowers in the garden to be shaken and scattered. Mixed with the rainwater, they lay strewn about in disarray.
Seeing an opportunity, Finnegan tightly gripped his long sword and abruptly shot forward.
Tatiana's pupils contracted sharply. “Sal, watch out!”
In actuality, Sunny had also noticed it.
However, with Walter keeping him occupied, he could not defend himself.
The long sword fell, leaving behind a wound so deep on his back that the bone was visible.
Walter felt a faint sense of helplessness wash over him. Finnegan's move is so lacking in martial virtue.
However, he could only cooperate, landing a palm strike on Sunny's body.
Caught in a pincer attack, Sunny was sent flying backward, spewing mouthfuls of fresh blood as he fell heavily to the ground.
Like a shadow, Finnegan leaped up, his long sword plunging straight down.
Ignoring his injuries, Sunny rolled on the ground.
The long sword pierced through the marble slab, sinking into the ground.
However, Walter also caught up at that moment, and with a wave of his hand, he once again landed a palm strike on Sunny's body.
Bang!
Sunny's clothes had burst open, and amidst the distorted wind and rain, he was thrown backward again, crashing heavily onto the already shattered artificial hill.
With a thunderous crash, the artificial hill shattered, completely burying Sunny.
With the long sword in hand, Finnegan strode forward. A tangible murderous intent formed an invisible barrier around him, impervious to even the harshest wind and rain.
The artificial hill fragments were abruptly lifted, and Sunny awkwardly rose to his feet, his breath shaky and unstable.
Brandishing his long sword, Finnegan leaped into the air. “Fall before me!”
Seeing that Sunny would still be severely injured by Walter even if he could fend off the attack, Tatiana's inner resistance completely collapsed. “Stop! I agree to your terms!” she cried out.
