Sophia chuckled, continuing, "Alex must have been so fond of those sweets when he was with her, and that's why she always stopped by that bakery. It's like fate brought her to me in some mysterious way."

Emmett frowned, his voice dropping an octave, "But don't you find it all a bit too coincidental? The city is huge, and that's not the only bakery around. How did you two just happen to meet?"
