Under the Veil I Rule novel Chapter 307

Before long, Will showed up with a tow truck. The tow truck hitched Finnian's car and hauled it away, while Will drove both of them to the club.

Just then, Amara's phone buzzed. She glanced at the screen and quickly answered, "Ely? Where are you now?"

"I'm home," came Elysia's weary voice. "Are you out somewhere?"

Hearing that Elysia was home, Amara felt a wave of relief wash over her. "Yeah, I'm out. Are you at your own place?"

"Yes, Dorian's here too. You should come over."

Elysia seemed too exhausted to talk more; after those few words, she hung up.

The car was silent, and Finnian had heard Elysia’s voice through the call. He turned to Will, "Turn around, we're heading to Dorian's place."

In no time, they pulled up at Dorian's house. The butler and a couple of staff were busy cleaning the living room, which was mostly tidied up, including the removal of a bloodstain. Elysia and Dorian sat on separate couches, ignoring each other completely.

Elysia was massaging her temples, eyes closed, looking utterly worn out. Dorian, on the other hand, appeared grim, furiously tapping away on his phone.

As soon as Amara and Finnian walked in, both Elysia and Dorian looked up. Amara rushed over to Elysia, taking her hand. "Ely, what happened? Whose blood was that?"

Elysia didn’t have a single scratch on her, so it wasn't hers. Sure enough, Elysia let out a sarcastic laugh. "That would be Jessica Bishop’s."

Amara blinked in surprise. "What on earth happened?"
