Unwanted Daddy Don't Come Closer to Mommy novel Chapter 1303

When it came to high school, Elinor could recall many anguish memories brought by Darleen. But she never mentioned them.

She suffered a lot in high school.

Her reply made Darleen more nervously. To show her kindness in front of Victor, she had to reassure Elinor. "Elly, I know you must misunderstand me. But we shouldn't quarrel now. If you don't like me, just tell me."

Elinor sneered and leaned against Rutledge's shoulder to avoid Darleen's hypocrisy.

Rutledge poked her cheek intimately like a couple, "You're angry?"

"No." Elinor smiled. "I'm afraid."

Facing such scene made her fearful instinctively. She was afraid that she came back to the past when those hypocritical persons pulled her into the hell.

"Don't worry. I'm here."

He cheered up, squared his shoulders, and then blocked Victor's oppressive view.

He knew that Victor was looking at Elinor from beginning to end, and he was even sure that he never cared about Darleen though she has accompanied him for years.

Victor was more than possessive about Elinor.

Elinor leaned against Rutledge. The silence hung in the car till they arrived at the conference hall.

When Elinor got off the car, she stumbled due to high heels. When she almost fell down, Victor subconsciously stretched out his hand to hold her.

But another hand beside Elinor stretched out and braced her.

"Watch out!"

Rutledge lowered his head, checking whether she was injured. "Do your feet get hurt?"

Hearing a familiar voice, Elinor also looked back and turned happy "Rankin? Why are you here?"

Kurosawa and Rankin in their suits, standing in the crowd, greeted them. They were so eye-catching that they were easily seen by Elinor.

"I came to the conference."

Rankin walked toward Elinor. "You look gorgeous today."

Her makeup and dress were given by Victor.

He dressed her, but the person she accompanied was not him.

"Yeah, I also think she's beautiful today."

Although Kurosawa had conflicts with Rutledge, he could still greet him peacefully, "What a pity! You've already had a partner."
