Yes Daddy (by Red Inkling) novel Chapter 60

LUCIUS

With every step elegant, Lisa made her way to me in the garden, her gaze on me and a beautiful smile on her face.

She was wearing a beautiful purple satin dress that I had quickly ordered for a few hours ago. I was so sure no one could rock that dress better than she was doing right now.

“This is really beautiful” she beamed, looking around the garden that I had had decorated as soon as possible.

A candle lit dinner in the middle of the garden was a pretty sight but it looked even prettier when she was standing in it.

Damn! She was beautiful!

“Have a seat” I pulled back a chair for her and she settled in it with a small ‘thank you’.

To her, this was just a dinner but for me, this was our first date. I’m probably delusional but this was it for me.

“Pasta” she squealed in excitement.

“Shall we?”

“Yes, yes. This must taste good” I could see her gulping down as she raised her fork.

She put it in her mouth and shut her eyes, a soft moan leaving her as she ate.

“So delicious!” She opened her eyes.

“I bet I make it better though”

“You cook?” She asked.

“Of course I do. Why do you seem surprised?”

“Nothing. I just thought most billionaires wouldn’t really want to cook”

“I wasn’t always a billionaire though” I shrugged my shoulders.

“How did you become one, then? I want to become one too”

“It’s easy for you to become one” I leaned in close to her.

“Really?” She dropped her cutlery and pulled her chair closer to mine.

“You just have to marry a multi billionaire.” I replied and saw confusion cloud her curious face.

“A multi billionaire? Where do I find another multi billionaire?” she asked and I held back a groan.

Why would she have to search for another one when I was here in front of her?

This just further cemented the fact that Lisa didn’t see me as anything more than we had agreed initially.

“And besides, you turned a billionaire without getting married. I want to be able to be a billionaire without getting it from my billionaire husband” she replied and I gave her a small smile before reaching forward and pulling her cheek.

“Let’s just eat”

We chatted about random stuffs until we were done eating.

“Care for a dance?” I asked, getting up and stretching a hand to her.

She just smiled and took my hand, getting up to her feet too. Snapping my fingers, the song started playing. A beautiful and slow melody.

I put a hand to her waist, keeping the other hand interlocked with hers. Her free hand was on my shoulder and her face held a bright, beautiful smile as she moved in sync with me.

Our first dance together.

I made a mental note of that.

Letting go of her waist, I let her do a swirl and then she rolled back into my arms.
