But Selena approached her. "Isabel, I'm sorry about last night. I was trying to help you and Adrian communicate, but I just made things worse. Is your hand okay?"

But with Adrian not around, it was best to keep it brief.

"Mr. Foster, I have some data. Could you come take a look?"

Selena was professionally competent, so Dylan couldn't fault her there.

He just gave her a warning look, telling her to stop bothering Isabel.

Selena replied sweetly, "You must be joking, Mr. Foster. I've been trying to mend my relationship with Isabel, and I genuinely want her and Adrian to make up and live happily ever after."
