Breaking Mr. Cold (Giselle and Donovan) novel Chapter 203

"Hello, Vivi. What's going on?" Giselle asked.

"You've got some nerve asking me that," Vivienne snapped over the phone. "I sent you messages on WhatsApp, and you didn't reply. I thought you were dead."

"What's the matter?"

"My new clinic opens today. I told you to come help me greet guests, remember? What are you doing right now? If you're busy in bed with a man, I might forgive you!"

"Your clinic opens today?" Giselle quickly opened WhatsApp and saw the forwarded message Vivienne had sent two days ago. It clearly stated her dental clinic's grand opening was today.

"Alright, I get it. I'll be there right away."

After hanging up, she turned to Gideon. "Put this address in the GPS. I'm going to Vivienne's."

"I'll come with you. From now on, your friends are my friends."

Giselle smiled and said, "That'll just drag your status down. Your friends are all people who bring you resources. Mine hardly counts."

"Don't worry. If they're good to you, I'll treat them well."

"Thanks."

Half an hour later, they pulled up in front of Vivienne's new clinic.

"Seriously?" Vivienne and Sebastian both stared, eyes wide in disbelief.

Since they'd already decided, Giselle saw no reason to keep it quiet. She gave Vivienne a faint smile. "Yes. I'm marrying him. Figured I'd let you know while I was here. Your clinic's opening and my upcoming wedding are both worth celebrating."

"Tsk," Sebastian drawls from the side, his tone tinged with mock jealousy. "Ms. Holt really does have skills. Didn't take her long at all to reel in our Mr. Grayson."

"Watch your mouth," Gideon said, giving Sebastian a firm smack on the head.

Sebastian laughed, switching to a more ingratiating tone. "Mr. Grayson, that makes us family now. You're my brother-in-law. You'll take care of me, right?"
