Everyone was stunned when Giselle collapsed. Grace was the first to let out a terrified scream.

"Giselle! What's wrong?" Dorothea rushed over and tried to help her up. However, when she noticed her clenched jaw, stiff limbs, and the violent tremors running through her body, Dorothea had no idea what to do.

Zachary hurried over as well. He, too, was startled by the state she was in. Instinctively, he wanted to carry her back to the couch.

"Don't touch her!" Ethan noticed and frowned. "She's having an epileptic episode. Let her be. She'll be fine once it passes."

"Epilepsy?" Dorothea had heard of the illness, but this was the first time she had ever seen someone actually having an episode in front of her. For a moment, she was at a loss.

"Shouldn't we call an ambulance?" Grace asked loudly. "Look at her! She looks terrifying! What if she… dies? Where's Benjamin? Hurry up and call 911!"

Donovan was about to doze off when he heard the commotion downstairs. His heart skipped a beat, and he soon realized that Giselle was having an episode. Ignoring the pain from his injuries, he forced himself up and limped as fast as he could down the stairs.

By the time he reached the living room, Giselle's seizure had already ended, and she had fallen unconscious. Donovan's chest tightened when he found her lying limply on the floor, completely unresponsive. He pushed through the pain and tried to lift her.

"Let me do it." Zachary stepped in, noticing how badly Donovan was injured and how difficult it was for him to move. He lifted Giselle and laid her on the couch.

Even though she was finally calm, the Kanes were so shaken that they stood there in silence for quite some time.
