Chapter 96 

Giselle quickly grabbed the blanket and pulled it over herself after her mind went through a brief moment blankness. 

“Zach, why…..why are you back suddenly?” Her voice trembled slightly as she spoke while she hastily shook Donovan awake. 

Donovan’s drowsiness vanished instantly when he saw Zachary standing at the door. 

Zachary flew back from Usna on a private jet and rushed straight here, only to walk in on the woman he couldn’t stop thinking about tangled up with his most trusted uncle. 

Blood surged to his head, and his heart pounded wildly as he stared intently at the cruel scene, frozen for a moment, 

Donovan put on his clothes quickly and spoke in a lowered voice. “Zach, get out first. Wait for me downstairs.” 

Zachary suddenly swiped his arm, knocking an antique vase on the side table to the floor. He slowly approached the bed. His eyes burned with rage as he glared at Donovan like he was staring at the man who had just murdered his father. 

He asked in a hoarse voice, “So is this the reason why you sent me to Usna?” 

Donovan let out a sigh. “I’ll explain everything later- 

“You shameless bastard” Zachary flew into a rage. The veins on his forehead bulged as he completely lost control. “Donovan, you’re my uncle. Who would’ve thought you’re a complete bastard! You could have any woman you want, but you just have to sleep with the one I love?” 

Zachary suddenly threw a punch right at him. 

Donovan was caught off guard and reeled from the blow. His vision blurred, and blood trickled from his nose and mouth 

“You want me to Iaturely handle this after doing something so disgusting?” Zachary gritted his teeth and laughed coldly. “Donovan, I’ll not let this go. I hate you. I’ll hate you for the rest of my life! You’re no longer my family from now on! You ruined my life!” 

Zachary’s veins bulged with rage as he turned and rushed downstairs after shouting those gut–wrenching words. He ran out of the Living room and sped off in his 

Giselle hadn’t expected such an intense reaction from him. After all, they had never oficially been in a relationship. She hadn’t realized he had fallen so deeply or would have hurt so badly.
