Most village homes kept their original structures, with reinforced walls- some turned into inns, others into restaurants.
The entire village underwent renovations to highlight local scenery: multiple viewing platforms were built, the Historic Trade Route’s grandeur was recreated, and grandmothers taught tourists Cultural Craft Workshops.
The first wave of bloggers enjoyed their stay, relaxing for two or three days in pure contentment.
Online promotions rolled out continuously, gradually building the village’s reputation for leisure travel
Next came employees from a renowned company for their year–end trip, each having exceptional experiences.
Soon, tour groups proactively sought partnerships, while independent travelers kept increasing.
With limited capacity, the village implemented a real–name booking system
Couples working elsewhere returned to run family shops alongside elders.
Education and healthcare facilities were established, bringing joy to every villager.
“It’s wonderful. Your efforts paid off.”
Jacob stood beside Lisa at the window, watching passing tourists as he sincerely praised her.
“Everyone contributed. I’m truly pleased too.”
Lisa smiled warmly, then sobered. “We should leave now–for the next place needing us.”
She aimed to help more people: children gaining education, elders finding security.
“Alright, let’s go.”
Jacob’s lips curved. Their relationship had shifted subtly–at least she’d stopped pushing him away.
The day before Lisa’s departure, David arrived.
