Don't get close to me (Linda and Beast) novel Chapter 17

Linda was sitting in the window above the garage. She was staring out at the woods. She was in her own thoughts. She didn't notice the men that were working on the bikes below looking at her occasionally with concerned looks.

A motorcycle pulled into the compound and the man turned off the bike sitting looking at her. Knuckles, Psycho, Carbarator, Crash, and Snake walked over to talk to him. Knuckles said. "Bones how are you?"

"I'm fine but what is going on with my little girl up there?"

Everyone turned to look at Linda. "Little girl," Snake asked?

"Yes, she and Mary Ann are adopted by Bones as his little sister."

Knuckles sighed and said.

"Beast doesn't seem to want to stay away from here. Every time he shows up she gets like that."

Bones got off his bike and stood up. Linda looked down and a smile was on her face. She got out of the window and ran down the stairs and out of the garage.

"Bone's she screamed" and jumped into his arms.

He gave her a hug and kiss and asked.

"Linda are you dating anyone yet."

She hung her head and he lifted her chin with a finger.

"I take that as a no."

"Linda," he said softly.

"Not all men are like Beast. You have to get out there and learn to trust again. What about Hawk or Animal?"

"I hear they want to date you."

Linda shook her head no. "I don't feel like that toward them. They are like brothers."

Bones sighed and said. "You need to go out and have fun."

Tat's, Gunner's, Knuckle's, and Psycho's Valkyrie's ran outside yelling at Knuckles. They all hugged Bones and then said. Knuckles we girls want to have a party tonight at the clubhouse. Knuckles grinned.

"Are you girls including Linda in this?"

"You bet we are. She doesn't work for a week it is time she had some fun. Got high, drunk, and danced."

One of the prospects grinned and asked.

"Do we get to babysit the girls?"

" You know you do."

Another prospect screamed "Knuckles really. Do you remember the last time that Linda and Mary Ann got drunk?"

"Of course, I do," said Knuckles grinning.

"I remember you pissing Linda off and she jumped on the bar and punched you in the jaw."

" It still hurts," he said.

"He has been checking you out when you aren't looking."

Linda said. "He has a fantastic body."

the girls laughed.

"I think the bet this year should be that Linda sits in Snake's lap and kisses him for all he is worth."

"Not happening," Linda said.

"We will see," Vickey said grinning.

"Let's head back to Linda's apartment and get ready there. Sure why not. We can have a few drinks and smoke some before heading to the clubhouse Tara said as they got into the car."

As they arrived at the compound and headed up to Linda's apartment they let Linda shower first. While she was in the shower Vickey called Knuckles and said.

"Honey, when you all get too daring us girls tonight. I want you to double dare Linda to kiss Snake."

Knuckles was grinning into the phone.

"Are we matchmaking?"

"Yes," she said.

"You know that Snake looks at her when she isn't looking. And, Linda thinks he is cute and has a fantastic body."

"Got you," he said. "Will do."
