Enchanted Nightfall Falling for Destiny (Quintessa and Tyrone) novel Chapter 425

Andrew locked eyes with Tyrone through the thin mist of rain, both men's gazes icy, yet their expressions casually indifferent.

Tyrone held the umbrella entirely over Quintessa, leaving his left side exposed to the rain, seemingly oblivious to the water soaking him.

"In our lives, we've never been allies," Tyrone's voice was crisp with a cold edge.

To them, opposition wasn't a new concept since they'd never been friends to begin with. Perhaps they were always adversaries.

"I never thought I'd see the day when you, Tyrone, were so deeply involved," Andrew remarked with a hint of disdain.

"Believe me, your day isn't far off," Tyrone retorted casually.

Andrew's lips curled into a scornful smile.

Quintessa, with a cold gaze towards Andrew, slowly said, "It seems you truly don't know what Sean told me that day."

Andrew narrowed his eyes.

"Let's go, Tyrone. Seeing him dead would actually put me at ease. After all, if it were up to me, I couldn't make that move. We owe Mr. Yates a lot for this. My mother would be thankful," Quintessa said, gripping Tyrone's arm.

Andrew watched coldly as Tyrone wrapped his arm around Quintessa's shoulders, walking away with her.

He couldn't quite tell if Quintessa's words were sincere. Was Sean's death truly a good thing for her?

Lilian sneered at Andrew, "Look at that brash girl. Aren't you going to deal with her?"

"Deal with her? And start an all-out war with the York family?" Andrew scoffed.

"Someone like Tyrone wouldn't wage war over such a woman with the Yates family."

Andrew's fingers twitched slightly, "Indeed, why would he?"

But yet, he would!
