After getting ready, Jackson and Fiona headed straight to the police station. This time, no one dared to get in their way.
Meanwhile, the livestreamer from yesterday—still riding the high from his sudden popularity—switched to a new platform, hoping to catch the next big moment. He showed up at the crack of dawn, but the place was empty. Just as he was about to give up and head home, a luxury car tore past him and pulled up right in front of the station.
It was his dream car: a limited-edition Rolls-Royce convertible. Everything about it screamed perfection—the look, the power, the status. But with a price tag in the millions, it was way out of his league.
Still, if he couldn’t own it, at least he could sneak a touch or snap a quick photo. His eyes sparkled as he stared at the car, already imagining the likes he’d rack up online if he managed a selfie with it. After all, how often did you get this close to a car like that?
He couldn’t believe his luck. Maybe things were finally going his way.
But then Jackson and Fiona stepped out of the car. He recognized them instantly—he’d just livestreamed about them last night. Talk about a twist.
It clicked for him: Jackson and Fiona must be here to see the chief. He remembered how, after they’d left the station last night, the tough-looking girl hadn’t come out, and the chief’s expression had switched between cheerful and moody as he left.
From inside the car, Fiona spotted someone watching them in the rearview mirror. She recognized him right away—the same guy who’d lingered outside the station last night. Clearly, he was into this kind of sneaky business.
It wasn’t hard to guess he’d been the one livestreaming.
