Mr. CEO Your Wife Has Wanted a Divorce for a Long Time (by Zora Pradeep) novel Chapter 190

Chapter 190

Harry fell silent.

After waiting for a response that didn’t come, Maggie called out again, “Mr. Becker?”

She was aware of how busy she had been this week. Given that it was already past nine in the evening, it

was clear she must be exhausted, still working overtime.

She didn’t have to guess to know that, with Isabella going back to the Wilson family, she wouldn’t be able to spend time with her child tomorrow. But now, Harry was asking her to make time for someone else’s

child. It seemed a bit too much.

He said after a pause, “If you’re tired, you should rest this week. Let’s arrange something another time.”

However, Maggie didn’t feel too tired. She answered, “It’s alright. We can meet tomorrow.”

After a couple of seconds of hesitation, Harry finally said, “Alright.”

Meanwhile, after dinner, the Wilson family was leaving the restaurant when they happened to run into the Hardin family.

Reed and Felix were familiar with each other, so they greeted each other warmly.

Rex also greeted Franklin, “Mr. Wilson.”

Franklin responded, “Mr. Hardin.”

Isabella, holding onto Franklin’s hand, looked up and called out to Rex, “Uncle Hardin.”

Rex nodded with a smile, “Hello.”

As soon as Rex laid eyes on the Wilson family, he scanned everyone carefully.

He noticed that all the Wilson family members present were familiar to him, except for one person–there was no woman whom he could recognize as Isabella’s mother.

Had Franklin really divorced her?

After a brief exchange with the Hardin family, the Wilson family got back into the car and headed back to the hospital to visit Old Lady Wilson.

That evening, Felix stayed at the hospital to keep Old Lady Wilson company, while Franklin and the rest of the family returned to the old residence.

At the old house, as soon as they arrived, Yancy turned to his brother and said, “Brother, don’t tell me you forgot about the autograph from my goddess…”

Franklin tossed him the car keys. “It’s in the car. Go get it yourself.

“Thanks, Brother!” Yancy said excitedly as he caught the keys.

Stella, noticing the exchange, asked, “What’s he getting?”

Yancy froze for a moment.

Franklin smiled and replied, “Nothing.”

Yancy, relieved, quickly ran outside to retrieve Julia’s autograph.

Stella didn’t press further.

A short while later, Yancy returned, but all he had were a few notebooks, each with the “CC” signature on them. While those were indeed autographed, they weren’t what he was hoping for.

He couldn’t help but say, “Brother, what I wanted was one of those signed photos, you know, the kind

that

goes on a poster and you can hang it on the wall to look at anytime.”

Franklin coldly replied, “That’s not something you should have.”

“What’s wrong with it?” Yancy complained. “I just want to hang it on the wall and look at it when I feel like it. I’m not doing anything weird…”
