Randy eyed the set, fit for a museum. "I'm kind of a bridesmaid too. Got anything for me too?"
"Yes, but we're taking the bride now," Barton said.
"Go ahead," Erica said, waving her hand. "You're sincere enough. Debra's in good hands."
She had expected a small gift, not this extravagance. Being a bridesmaid might just be a goldmine.
"Ready, my princess?" Andrew offered his hand.
Debra took it naturally.
Erica teared up. She had grown up with Debra, and witnessing their happiness tugged at her heart.
Randy nudged her. "Why are you crying like that? Mrs. Frazier hasn't even started."
"Shut up. Women get emotional. Wait till the ceremony. Mrs. Frazier is gonna bawl," Erica sniffled.
He would protect her, no matter what. If he ever pushed her away, it would be because he couldn't give her the life she deserved.
Now he could, and he believed no one could do it better.
At the wedding, the priest looked kindly at them. "Mr. Andrew Potter, do you take Miss Debra Frazier to be your wife, to love, cherish, and protect her, in sickness and health, rich or poor, till death do you part?"
"I do," Andrew replied, his words carrying the weight of a lifetime.
