Jeanine couldn’t help but let out a nervous chuckle, her heart racing a little. “No, Mr. Goldman. Sleeping Giant is thriving, actually! I just… find myself in need of your expertise regarding a different matter.”

“And what might that be?” Baron inquired, a hint of curiosity lacing his tone.

“Mr. Grimwald is currently at an old woman’s birthday celebration, and he’s requested that I procure a gift of considerable value. However, the funds we currently possess are strictly earmarked for investment purposes…” Jeanine’s voice trailed off, a wave of uncertainty washing over her.
