Limitation.
A limitation was not a cage from which existence must desperately escape, but rather the very mold that gave reality its fundamental shape and definition.
To rage against perceived boundaries was to rage against one’s own existence in futility. It was only within the finitude of a single wave that one could discover the infinite endlessness of the ocean of possibilities.
So truly, one should rage against their perceived limits with full conviction. Find that endless ocean of possibilities beyond assumed constraints.
Far from the Infinite Unfurling, separated by eons of temporal distance, in the current era where multiple threats converged...
In the Transcendent Paradoxical Folds, a battle of extraordinary scale was unfolding with devastating consequences for the surrounding space.
Schrodinger floated above the battlefield with expression mixing determination and regret. The Sovereignty of Chaos and Paradox had formed into a massive obsidian-gold sea above his position, stretching for countless Gigaparsecs.
He was channeling all of its concentrated weight and authority downward with focused intent. All of its crushing immensity was being directed onto a single target.
The Infiniverse herself.
And remarkably, she was withstanding the impossible pressure through sheer determination and conviction!
Behind her position, members of The Vital Chorus Specialization all had blinding green-gold light surging continuously into her existence, providing regenerative support.
Simultaneously, The Infinite Bulwark Specialization was actively withstanding and systematically spreading all the damage she was taking across their collective existence. Millions of Primus Inevitabilities sharing the burden of authority that should have collapsed her instantly.
But even with The True Expression of The Sovereignty of Mana and Hunger actively supporting The Infiniverse through the connection she maintained with Noah across temporal barriers, it was just barely enough to hold defensive ground against Schrodinger.
And he did not even seem entirely serious in his assault.
Schrodinger’s voice echoed across the battlefield with philosophical weight.
"I have nothing personal against you truly," he said with voice carrying genuine honesty. "I have nothing against Osmont either as an individual. Even now at this moment, I am not unleashing everything that I possess. Because I still believe there could potentially be a functional relationship between us moving forward."
His expression showed conflict.
"I know that these are the cruel games of entities possessing unfathomably more complexity and purity than we can comprehend. I understand this reality. But sometimes those of us who are comparatively weak can do nothing but play along with the game we are given."
As he spoke these words, Schrodinger’s expression was actually forlorn and even looked slightly disappointed in himself. As if he knew fundamentally that this was not who he truly was or wanted to be.
But at this point in circumstances, what else was there to do but continue?
So The Infiniverse struggled desperately to hold back the crushing weight of the sea of Sovereignty above her. Beside her position, Khor released countless crimson jaws of Hunger to systematically devour as much of the oppressive authority as she possibly could.
But their overall situation was not changing for the better despite their efforts.
And at such a critically desperate time, new variables entered the equation.
"Now then, you all seem to be having a whole lot more fun over here than expected," a radiant but frustrated voice echoed out across space.
Reality folded and tore apart violently as new entrances were forcibly created. With a visibly frustrated Ambessa in the lead, the small legion of Avatars composed of False THE entities from THE Loom made their appearance off to the side.
