Life After Prison by Silencieux novel Chapter 2863

Over at the Burkes' ancestral land in Eastplain, a vast spatial passage tore open and casted a shadow over the Burkes' territory. In response, many of the Burkes leaped into the air in a panic and assumed defensive stances.

"What a sneaky little rat you are, Xavier! Are you sure you want to start a war against the Burkes?" Jero, the Burkes' elder, ripped open the void with a furious glow in his eyes.

A cold, mocking laughter was the only retort he received. "A war? Your family isn't worthy of one!" Following those words, a massive sky-sized handprint descended down and smacked Jero away forcefully.

Back at Enchanted Peak, nature painted a beautiful picture with a fresh flush of leaves and a sea of white mist enveloping the area. Severin reclined on a lounge chair in the courtyard, gazing out at the sea of clouds before him.

During that period, he had fully digested the celestial peach's remaining divine technique within him and ascended to become a level seven supreme paragon. Though he did not make any further breakthroughs, his comprehension of fire-attribute laws flourished with each passing day.

The rule of fire had become the third rule of heaven and earth that he had achieved great success with, alongside the rule of creation and the rule of swordsmanship. Additionally, Severin had expanded his comprehension of the world and opened up a universe of hundreds of billions of cells over the past fortnight.

There were eight trillion cells within the human body, and Severin had created universes within nearly three trillion cells. His mana thus surpassed that of any level nine supreme paragon.

As he held a steaming hot cup of tea in his hand, he glanced across the mist-draped courtyard and dappled sunlight. A sigh escaped his lips as he said, "It's been ages since I've had time to relax."

As Severin enjoyed the tranquility, the sky suddenly paled. Lightning crackled as fierce winds swept across land. The rumble of thunder was heard, and a crimson bolt pierced through heavens.

The earth seemed to quake at that moment. Countless divine lightning struck down, followed by what was blood rain. Each drop blossomed into a red lotus, which was accompanied by the collapse of rules.

It seemed as though the world was mourning the departure of a mighty powerful, and the strong feeling of sadness seemed to cause every living being to feel the same way too.

Severin sprang from his chair when he witnessed what happened, and his brows furrowed in apprehension as a sense of unease gripped his heart.
