My Deceased Wife Wants a Divorce (Hannah) novel Chapter 350

He was first shocked that Hannah had a recording from Sandra's hospital room, and then his heart turned cold at her words.

When they first started talking about divorce, Hannah only wanted out, demanding nothing. She had seemed to be acting purely out of anger.

At the time, Lionel had dismissed it as a tantrum, believing that with a little coaxing, she would come around.

But as time went on and Hannah's determination only grew stronger, Lionel realized she was serious about divorcing him.

Still, it had all felt somewhat unreal. But now, as Hannah stood before him demanding her share of their assets, fighting over fifty million, reality struck him like a physical blow.

Seeing that Lionel remained silent, Hannah had no desire to waste any more time with him.

"In short, if you don't get that fifty million and all the jewelry back, we'll see you in court. When the news leaks and reporters are swarming your doorstep, don't blame me for being ruthless. After all, you're the one who failed to act first!"

Hannah threw down her ultimatum and turned to leave.

For the past three years, she had done more than enough, been more than merciful, only to have that scumbag and his bitch walk all over her and humiliate her time and again.

Samuel drove Hannah home, "with the Woods family in trouble, didn't Sandra ever think to sell that jewelry? That one necklace alone could have sold for several million, which would have at least given them some breathing room."

Hannah shook her head. "Don't give her that much credit. Sandra is a thoroughly selfish person. The moment the Woods family ran into trouble, she started getting closer to Lionel, pressuring him to divorce me. She just wanted to cut ties with her family so their problems wouldn't affect her."

Samuel glanced at Hannah in disbelief. "She's that selfish?"

She had no idea what to do next. She wasn't sure if Lionel would give her the money. If he didn't, she'd have to sell the jewelry as soon as her leg healed and leave Sova, maybe even go abroad.

After all, Hannah was now not only Mrs. Rosenberg but also Ms. Temple. With either title, she could crush her easily. And now, Lionel had completely lost faith in her.

Her path was getting narrower and narrower, so much so that it felt like one more step forward would crush her.

"Sandra!"

Lionel's voice startled Sandra so badly she jumped, whipping her head around, thinking she must be mistaken.
