Hearing the masked man's question, Sandra fell silent for a moment.
“I do have a lot of information on him, enough to be very helpful. But if you want it, you have to let me go first. I’ll only give it to you then. If you don't release me, you'll never get it.”
The moment she finished speaking, a heavy, dead silence filled the cell.
“You just want useful information from me so you can destroy him, don’t you? Don’t think I don’t know what you’re up to!”
Seeing their silence, Sandra gritted her teeth and shouted at them.
“If you don't let me go, I won't give you anything! You'll never be able to defeat him, I'm telling you!”
She continued to scream and rage.
But the man opposite her remained indifferent. No matter what Sandra said, he simply ignored her.
After several outbursts with the same result, Sandra slowly began to realize they weren't interested in a deal. They were only interested in her answers.
“Sandra, we'll ask you one last time. Do you or do you not have information on him? If you do, hand it over. If you don't, shut up!”
“I don't! I don't have anything!”
CRACK—
The instant the words left her mouth, the masked man brought the whip down hard across her body.
“Aaargh!”
“You just said you did, and now you say you don’t. What do you take us for? Either you talk, or you prepare to die.”
The masked man struck her again and again, his blows mercilessly heavy.
“Mr. Rosenberg said your life doesn't matter anymore. He already has what he wants. If you want to live a few more days, you'll obediently give us what we need. Otherwise, even if I beat you to death right now, Mr. Rosenberg won't say a thing.”
