I knew I needed to ask them a question, but I wasn’t sure how to phrase the question and to keep myself busy I decide to clear the coffee table. Nathan following me into the kitchen didn’t bug me much and I had to refrain from laughing when I threatened him with Mom, but I didn’t do a very good job at hiding my smile. He pulled me closer to him and threatened to redden my bottom if I threatened him again, causing my face to turn bright red.

The moment he lifted me from the floor I knew I was in trouble, but damn it was the best kind of trouble a girl can get into and I enjoyed every second of it. I felt a bit embarrassed by the fact that the others had been watching us, that was until Topaz pointed out that this would happen a lot in the future and I know I have to get used to this. It’s just that I always thought I would have one Mate, that I wouldn’t have to worry about dividing my attention and now I have four Mates.

I think I have already found another question I need to ask them, but this one needs to be asked first and I hope their answers will help me to make a decision about our future. “If the decision was up to you what would you chose and why. Become Alpha of the strongest Pack in existence right now or stay in your birth Pack to help out the future leadership.” I look at each of them as I ask them the question I want an answer to, not that they can make the decision for me but they can help me figure out what to do.

“I think you need to figure out if you can find it in yourself to forgive your family and friends that they kept a secret from you. Grandma got pissed when she found out what Grandfather had hidden from both of you, she didn’t like the fact that Blood Crescent Pack visited Crimson Moon Pack without her knowing that you had a target on your back. We all know that they are a vicious Pack that have done unspeakable things to Wolves and Lycans that crossed into their territory.

The Elders have warned every Pack over the years to make sure their Pack–members know to stay away from Blood Crescent Pack, the Elders have investigated numerous cases of disappearing Pack–members and each investigation ended at the borders of Blood Crescent Pack. I am not saying that I agree with Grandfather to keep this hidden from you, but I do understand why he thought it was best for you and you told us yourself about the vow every Alpha takes.

What if he had told you sooner and you decided to get to know the rest of your family? They might have stopped you from returning home and then we wouldn’t have met one another or you might have had a chosen Mate if we ever met. I let his answer run through my mind as I snuggle closer to Nathan, “Maybe he is right about Grandfather, with your Mate by your side Blood Crescent Pack would have a hard time keeping you within their territory.” Topaz comments. “I think we need to talk to Grandfather about this, we need to ask him why he didn’t tell me. We can make up our mind on forgiving him after he answers my question.” I reply before I turn my attention back to my Mates, I need to hear what the others have to say.

“I agree with Noah, but I also understand you want to hear my thoughts about this. I am not sure what I would chose, I still don’t have all the answers I would need to make that decision and I think you know that deep down inside of you. The things we know about Blood Crescent Pack are all told by the Elders, I don’t think a Pack has ever received an invitation from them for whatever event and that means we don’t know if they really are that vicious.
