“Evander, someone has been in here.” He says as he starts sniffing the air more intently and I see Evander following his example. I realize what they are smelling and I decide to concentrate on my shoes instead of them, wondering how long it will take before they realize where the scent is coming from.

I see their feet stopping in front of me as I finish tying my shoes and I look up at two very confused looking males, “Why do you smell strange, Little One?” Conri asks and I see Evander tilting his head to the left. before his eyes widen in realization.

He falls to his knees in front of me and he smiles as his eyes drift down to my belly, but it looks like Conri hasn’t made the connection just yet. “Little One, are you going to answer me?” Conri asks as he kneels down next to his Brother and I grab his hand to place it on my belly.

He looks from my face to my belly to his Brother and a huge smile appears on his face, “You are with Pup” He says and I slowly shake my head, making both of them looking confused. “Pups.” I whisper as I place Evander’s hand on my belly too and both of them just stare at me for a few minutes.

I was taught in school that Werewolves are possessive of their Mate and that it becomes worse when she is with Pup, but that it is nothing compared to a Lycan. Neither one of them has been too overprotective, but I know that will change real soon and will become worse the more I start showing.

I get pulled into two pairs of arms and both bury their nose in my neck, “I like this new scent, Little One.” Evander whispers before he inhales deeply and Conri just places kisses wherever he can. We just sit there until a knock on the door interrupts our happy moment and Evander growls as he gets up of the floor.

Dad is standing in front of the door and he has a confused look on his face, but when he looks at me he starts smiling from ear to ear. He pushes Evander out of the way to grab me out of Conri’s arms and both of them just stare at him dumbfounded, until they realize he had smelled the difference too.

I don’t think there is anything in this world that can ruin my mood right now, our Little Mate is carrying our Pups and nothing could have made me happier. The moment we walk into the dining room for lunch Orion jumps up to pull his Sister into his arms, “Yade tattled, didn’t she?” I ask him with a smile on my face.

When a female is with Pup only her Mate, her siblings or her parents can smell the difference in her scent, but with Orion and Umayza growing up apart he wouldn’t be able to. Yade most have figured that he deserved to know and paid him a visit as we walked down the stairs.

We still notice the difference in Umayza when Yade is visiting Jasper or vice versa, but it doesn’t scare us anymore. Lunch is spend with a lot of talking and laughing, we enjoy the food Ma prepared and I am surprised to see many of Umayza’s favorite dishes on the table.

“Ma, thank you for an amazing lunch. It’s that we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving or you could have served me for dinner.” Umayza says as she leans against me with her hands on her belly. “Sweetheart, you are eating for two. I will make sure you get everything you need.” She answers.

Conri looks at Ma as he shakes his head, “Sorry, Ma. She isn’t eating for two.” He doesn’t say anything else. and Ma looks a little confused at her Mate, not really sure how to react. Conri and I are chuckling as Ma tries to figure it out and I know she will be in for a surprise.

What I hadn’t counted on was for our Little Mate to surprise all of us, “Ma, I am eating for four.” She says as she gets out of her seat and the entire room is completely silent. Conri and I look at each other as we

“Three Pups.” Mylo says in my head and I am still trying to wrap my head around it, we are going to have triplets. My head starts spinning as I start thinking of everything we need to do and everything we need to get before they are born.

Mylo seems to be broke as he just sits there repeating the words “Three Pups” over and over again, I think he is too shocked to do anything else and a tiny part of me wants to join him. Just shut the rest of the world out and enjoy knowing that we are expecting three Pups.

I look around for our Little Mate but I don’t see her anywhere, “She is helping Ma in the kitchen.” Asilda informs me and Conri and I get up at the same time. I sigh in relief when I see that she is rinsing dishes while she talks to Ma about her old Pack and I can see that Ma isn’t too happy with what she is hearing.

Conri and I growl as she tells Ma about Dolion and everything that happened that day, Ma turns around to glare at us and I know she would have kicked our asses if we weren’t completely mated. She tells Ma about her family and the journals she is reading and soon the dishes are in the dishwashers.

We spend the afternoon talking about a nursery, what we need to get for our Pups and what to name them. Everyone throws names at us, but Umayza shakes her head at most of them and I actually agree with her. We will figure it out when the time comes, besides we first have to find out their gender and after that we can really start thinking about names for our Pups.

We are about to go for a walk outside when Armand walks in and asks Alpha Drew if we can use his office, “Damn, it most be serious if he is asking for the Alpha office.” I hear Conri say through the mind–link and it surprises me when he asks the Alpha to join us.

Once we are all inside the office we patiently wait for Armand to start talking, “Over five years ago Alpha Kratos of Little Crescent Pack got killed and his Luna and Pup went missing. Today the Council received a phone call from White Crescent Pack that Khonsu is on his way to Dark Mountain Pack believing that Luna Asteria is there.”

We all wonder how she ended up there five years later, but we don’t ask any questions. “Alpha Amarah has always known where she was, but never revealed it to the Council and with good reason. Khonsu is the one that killed Alpha Kratos and tried to kill their Pup Inti, but Luna Asteria was able to fight him off and escape.

White Crescent Pack has kept her hidden all these years in a clearing between both Packs, but with Alpha Amarah and Alpha Theseus being mated they were able to buy the clearing from the Council. After marking the borders Asteria found her second chance Mate and former Alpha Damon alerted Khonsu to her whereabouts.

He is unaware of the fact she is no longer in Dark Mountain territory and the Council has ordered us to go there to help out in any way we can. The Council also mentioned Khonsu is to be taken down and they don’t care if he survives.” He looks at all of us and we move as one.

Everyone quickly packs their stuff, Gray has asked Ma and Asilda to stay in Silver Lotus Pack and neither one of them objects. I see Umayza glance at us from time to time and even though I want to ask her to stay here I know it isn’t the right thing to do.

She might be carrying our Pups, but she is also one hell of a fighter and that is when I hear The loudly. We all turn towards him, but his eyes are on Umayza and I wonder what is going on. “You should have told me up front, what if I had injured you?” He asks.

“Theron, I might be pregnant but I am not an idiot. If for one moment I thought our training session was going in the wrong direction I would have stopped you. You know my background, you know what happened to my Mother and I want you to keep that in mind.
