Inez swallowed hard when she heard his unapologetic words. Killian had spoken his desires out loud so directly that she had no words to say. "What now?" she questioned, sighing heavily as she was annoyed by the constant obstacles. All Scarlet wanted was to go back home and take a bath. She had been locked up in the dungeons for more than a week, and she was covered in filth. She needed a bath as quickly as possible.
