Spoiled By My Nine Beast Husbands (Emma Tibarn) novel Chapter 150

**When She Opened the Door to the Life She Was Afraid to Live by Nora Vale Kingsley**

**Chapter 150: The Queen’s Feast**

Cleaning sea beasts had always been a daunting ordeal, a true test of endurance and skill.

As Emma stepped out of Lucien’s room, she rolled her shoulders in a bid to shake off the tension. With a flick of her wrist, she opened her lightcore, ready to gather the necessary ingredients for her culinary endeavor. Just as she was about to dive into her preparations, a video call notification blinked on her screen—Aria.

The moment the connection was established, Aria’s vibrant face lit up the screen, her excitement palpable even from afar. She reclined in her opulent palace, the luxurious surroundings only amplifying her enthusiasm.

“Emma! Can you believe it? The day after tomorrow marks my mother’s birthday! Lucien mentioned it to you, right?”

Lucien had already spilled the news about their growing bond, and it seemed that the entire royal court of Aurelia was now in on the secret.

Emma couldn’t help but smile. “Yes, he did tell me. I’m looking forward to celebrating Her Majesty’s birthday alongside him.”

Aria’s eyes sparkled at Emma’s response. A thought flickered through her mind: If Emma is attending the celebration, it signifies that Lucien isn’t merely favored; he’s firmly claimed.

Leaning closer to the screen, Aria lowered her voice into a conspiratorial whisper, her excitement barely contained. “Okay, listen up, Emma—don’t breathe a word of this to Lucien, alright? We’re inviting practically everyone of importance.”

She began listing names with fervor. “The ever-gorgeous Emberfox, the Enchanter Clan—those charming folks could enchant a room even while blindfolded—and the petalyn therians.”

Her list continued to grow, each name more illustrious than the last. “From the Central Planet, we have the Suncrest Lineage, the Ashenflame Fox, Ravaryn, Argenclaw—and even the Drakonid, Merfolk, Pyrlin…”

Emma’s mind began to swirl with the names, each more exotic than the last, until she found it impossible to keep track.

Finally, Aria’s voice softened into a more intimate tone. “We’re also extending invitations to the young elites of each clan. The aim is to scout out suitable followers for the females of Aurelia. I’ll even handpick a few candidates for you—just keep this under wraps from Lucien, okay?”

A small grin crept onto Emma’s lips. “You have my word. Lucien won’t hear a peep from me.”

There was no way she would let Lucien catch wind of that little detail.

Yet, a flicker of intrigue ignited in her heart at the mention of the Enchanter Clan. She recalled a suitor from that lineage—a scavenger who had been stationed on the outer battlefield. I wonder if he made it back in one piece, she pondered, a hint of concern creeping in.

After the call concluded, Emma quickly placed an order for a sizable batch of live sea beasts, her heart racing with anticipation.

An hour later, the delivery arrived at the manor, and she summoned a few guards to assist her—there was no way she could tackle this task alone.

Once she had instructed the guards on the proper techniques to clean and prepare the sea beasts, she tied her hair back, ready to dive into the heart of her culinary creations.

This time, she had ambitious plans—spicy grilled sea beast strips, crispy sea beast nuggets, garlic-butter sea beast bites, and smoky sea beast jerky.

It wasn’t solely for the queen of Aurelia; Emma figured that if she was already in the kitchen, she might as well whip up some delectable snacks for herself. It had been far too long since she had indulged in something so elaborate.
