The sound was annoying, no warmth.
“Half a month ago… her uncle just said she became a designer.”
His temples bulged with blue veins as he pointed a finger at the phone on the table, “I just answered a call, right? And now you’re telling me she didn’t start working here. Where is she? Huh? Tell me.”
Derrick had never seen Nelson so out of control before, his heart was pounding.
“I…I’ll go check right now!”
After saying that, he quickly turned around and walked out of the office.
Nelson glanced at the closed door, feeling more and more annoyed.
He stood with his hands on his hips and took two steps in place, then he raised his hand and knocked over a pile of documents on the table.

“She didn’t say that, but it seems like a startup company, can’t really compare to the Chapman Group…”
Reuben didn’t know why Nelson was asking all these questions, but he just wanted to cover all bases. Then he said, “But you know, young people, they dare to take risks and strive, which is a good thing.”
Nelson took a deep breath and hung up the phone.
