Mated to Two Bad Boy Alphas

Chapter 212 Guest

–CAITLYN’S POV–

No!I screamed, pulling at the handle with all my might. Open up!

The door refused to budge.

Behind me, there were low growls, deep, guttural ones.

My heart knocked against my ribs as I slowly turned around, legs trembling, my breaths coming hard.

Blake still sat on the bed, staring at me, his eyes darker than midnight. He had a hand pressed to his throat where I’d cut him, and his jaw was clenched. He slowly stood up, and the shaking of my body amplified, my hands flying to the handle again, trying to break open the door.

He took his time to walk over to me, his steps predatory, each one of them bringing me closer to my doom.

Oh God.

I was an idiot.

Years of training wasted.

Everything I’d learnt was useless when it actually came down to

I should’ve been smarter. I should have thought it through.

Why did I do this?

I’d been exhausted. My mind was filled with a million thoughts.

Emotions clouded my judgement.

But why it happened didn’t matter.

I’d lost.

I was about to die.

………..

Blake closed the distance between us, and a soft cry left my lips as he reached towards me.

Don’t touch me!I sobbed, closing my eyes shut.

He wasn’t going to listen.

He was going to mark me like he did to Lia.

And then I’d lose all sense of reason.

Something clicked, and I gasped, my eyes shooting open.

I glanced down to realise he’d unlocked the door.

My eyebrows pulled together as I glanced up at him.

Blake stared back at me with a calm look on his face.

I wasn’t going to keep you in here another night, Caitlyn,he said softly, although it sounded like it pained him to talk. Come on, I’ll lead you to your actual room.

I blinked.

Once. Twice.

Hehe didn’t hit me. Or slam me against the wall and bury his teeth into my neck.

He didn’t even shout or threaten me.

Why didn’t he look mad anymore?

He slowly reached for my hand, and I flinched, pulling it away from him.

I won’t hurt you,he said, then finally grabbing my wrist.

I held my breath, waiting for his hold to tighten until my bone would snap. Waiting for him to twist my wrist. Or to do anything violent at all.

All he did was step back, lead me away from the door and open

Come on, sweetheart, use your feet. I can’t pick you up with my neck bleeding.

Something about the way he was acting made me oblige.

I didn’t pull my hand again. I didn’t try to run away as he led me out of the room, into a brightly lit corridor of a huge house. Or

mansion.

I followed him quietly like a little puppy as we passed by rooms, laughter and chatter spilling from a few doors.

My eyes scanned the surroundings.

Everything was sonormal.

It made my head spin.

Blake stopped before a large oakwood door, and pushed it open, gesturing for me to step inside.

I hesitated, glancing at him again.

I won’t harm you, Caitlyn. He sighed. Please. Come on. I need to go see the pack doctor.

Something told me that trying him right now, after I slashed his neck, wasn’t a good idea.

My attack barely slowed him down. And I was clearly in his pack house. A place full of werewolves who practically worshipped him.

I couldn’t escape right now.

I should’ve known this. I should’ve played smarter.

But now I would.

With my heart in my mouth, I stepped inside the bedroom, looking around.

There were windows. There was a door to probably a washroom. No cameras. A bookshelf. A fireplace.
