Her perfect high–society image was completely shattered. How could she ever show her face outside again?

What made her lose it was that even after a whole week of treatment, her skin wasn’t healing–it was getting worse.

“This is all Gianna’s fault! She planned this just to ruin me!” Diana finally snapped.

Every time she looked in the mirror and saw her destroyed face, it reminded her that her life as a glamorous socialite was gone. The hatred inside her only grew stronger.

Without a second thought, she called Emery and yelled at her over the phone. Gianna had to give her an explanation, no matter what!

Then, she put on a mask and sunglasses, grabbed the so–called skincare set, and stormed off to Nygard Estate.

She was going to make Gianna pay for that.

“Diana, calm down. I don’t think Gianna meant for this to happen. Maybe it’s all just a misunderstanding. It’s only skincare. Can it be that serious?”

Emery tried to soothe Diana. But honestly, the whole thing was giving her a headache.

The Desters had their reputation to think of, so they couldn’t just throw cash at the issue and walk away.

Emery had already asked Gianna about it. But Gianna just cried, insisting she had no clue.

Gianna even claimed she used the same products herself and was fine. Maybe Diana ate something weird or mixed in with other products.

It seemed more like Diana was just stirring up drama.

Still, Emery and Diana had been friends forever, and their families had always gotten along. She couldn’t just ignore it.

But she also didn’t dare let Gianna show up, or things would definitely blow up.

So, Emery invited Diana to the Nygard Estate instead.

“Not serious? Then look at my face!” Diana snapped, yanking off her mask and sunglasses.

Her face was so horrifying that Emery gasped and stepped back in shock.

Oh my god, she looks terrifying!

“If you think it’s nothing, then try the products yourself! If your skin is fine, I’ll admit it’s just

bad luck for me!”

By now, Diana didn’t care about friendship. She was out for blood.

She shoved the skincare set forward, trying to smear it on Emery’s face.

Emery panicked and bolted. She wasn’t about to let her face get wrecked.
