Gianna was poking at him on purpose.

Her sweet talk made him grin. “Don’t worry about her. I’ll handle everything. You’ll definitely rise to the top of the industry.”
“Maxwell, you’re the best! Out of all my brothers, you’re my favorite,” Gianna said, hugging him and flashing a look of affection.
“You really know how to butter me up,” Maxwell laughed, clearly eating it up.
Of course, she’d said the same thing to his other two brothers. Watching all three wrapped around her finger filled her with pride and fed her ego.
Meanwhile, Josie was fully in on Amelia’s plan to launch her own company and gave her full
support.
After the three friends talked it through, each of them started planning their roles.
Patience even invited Amelia over to crash at her place, drink a little, and brainstorm ideas for building up new talent.
