On the other end of the line, Zelina had overheard the maid. "Ah, his car is there! It seems he's landed as well. You should go, Henrietta."

Henrietta handed the phone back to her mother, grabbed her bag, and followed the maid outside.

Yosef's car was waiting at the gate of the Sargent estate. When Henrietta saw it, she was taken aback. It wasn't just a car; it was his entire motorcade. Drivers and bodyguards stood in two neat rows, bowing as she approached. "Good morning, Ms. Sargent."

She slid into the car and fastened her seatbelt, taking a moment to compose herself. The Nash family's approach to a blind date was on another level. A personal call from Zelina, a full motorcade, and an invitation to his private home instead of a restaurant or one of the Nash hotels. Hosting a guest at one's own residence was the highest form of hospitality. It was a clear sign of respect for both her and the Sargent family.

Juno City was immense. The drive from the Sargent estate to Elysium Manor was long, nearly two hours.

To pass the time, Henrietta took out her phone. To her surprise, a new message from Yosef was waiting for her. It was a voice note. He really didn't seem to like typing.

She played it, and his cool voice filled the car's quiet interior. "I just left the airport. Has the car picked you up?"

She typed back: [Yes, I'm in the car now.]

Another voice note came through, his tone as calm and even as before. “Good. If you arrive before I do, please wait for me.”
