Aiden Finnegan the Alchemist in Delcord novel Chapter 113

"What do you think I'm doing? Clearly, I'm taking full advantage," James sneered, his upper body already bare as he leisurely approached Angelina.

She panicked, scanning her surroundings and desperately shouting, "Help! Somebody, help!"

With a smug expression, he retorted, "Go ahead, scream all you want. It won't change anything. There's no one around to rescue you!"

Fear coursed through her body upon hearing his words. She questioned whether she was about to lose her virginity right here and now.

"Darling, just fulfill my desires and ensure my comfort, and I promise to spare your life and keep you close to me," James assured as he started to undo his belt.

Angelina, with a look of despair on her face, seemed to foresee her grim fate. She murmured, "Aiden, where are you?"

"Aiden? Haha! When he shows up, I'll gladly inform him that the woman he hasn't touched in three years has already found pleasure with me!" He laughed maniacally. Succumbing to an insatiable desire, he lunged towards her.

Her fear painted her face a ghostly white. She scrambled to her feet, eager to flee, but the confined space hindered her escape. With a single, powerful motion, he seized her clothing, forcefully tearing apart her blouse. Her snow-white shoulders and black bra strap were now exposed.

This sight only fueled James' intensity, his eyes ablaze with primal aggression. Just as he was on the brink of overpowering Angelina on the bed, a voice interrupted from outside.

"Who's there?"

"Aiden, you've got the nerve to show up here!"

A series of loud bangs ensued. In response to the commotion, James sprang to his feet, navigated through the office lounge window, and jumped out.

In the factory, Aiden delivered a brutal kick to Jordan, sending him crashing into the wall. Jordan's lifeless body hung there, blood flowing from his mouth, a stark confirmation of his demise.

"Jordan!" James' anguished cry pierced the air.

Aiden, drawn by the distressing sound, spotted a shirtless James on the second floor of the office. Anger surged through Aiden, his eyes turning bloodshot as he prepared to ascend the stairs.

Yet, Cohen intercepted him by blocking his path. "Brat, how dare you kill Jordan!"

Seeing Cohen blocking Aiden's path, James glanced at Jordan's lifeless form before swiftly leaping out of the window. Landing on a nearby car, he fumbled to open the door, stepped on the gas pedal, and sped away.

Simultaneously, Cohen used a palm strike to stop Aiden from pursuing James. Thinking his single strike would incapacitate Aiden, Cohen was surprised when Aiden defiantly punched his palm, causing Cohen's hand to break and dangle from his wrist.

"Ah!" Cohen screamed, exclaiming, "How is this even possible? I'm a martial arts master!"

"A martial arts master? You're nothing in my eyes!" Aiden declared, delivering a swift kick to Cohen's abdomen.

Cohen was immediately met with an overwhelming force, causing his body to be sent flying. As he landed hard, he coughed up a mouthful of blood, feeling as if a train had plowed into him. His entire body felt shattered, and he lay on the ground, moaning in pain.

Ignoring Cohen, Aiden headed straight to the second-floor office lounge. Upon entering, a figure threw itself into his arms, exclaiming, "Aiden!"

He looked down and noticed Angelina's torn clothes, exposing her snow-white shoulders. Anger flashed in his eyes as he quickly asked, "Are you okay?"

"I... I'm fine. James fled as soon as he heard your voice!" Her voice still trembled with fear.

He turned to her and said, "Allow me to carry you out of here."

Without waiting for Angelina's response, Aiden swiftly scooped her up in a princess carry and whisked her away from the warehouse.

Cradled in his arms, she stole a shy glance at him, lowering her head, too timid to speak. Eventually, she voiced her concern, wearing a worried expression. "Aiden, you've taken someone's life! What should we do?"

He reassured her calmly, "It's alright."

Cradled in his arms, she felt the breeze whispering by and gazed at him in amazement. "Since when did you become a martial artist?" she asked.

He responded casually, "I've always been one."

"Always?" Angelina pondered Aiden's words, questioning if he had been pretending to be an ordinary person during his three years with the Gray Family.

"I was injured and spent three years with your family," he clarified, observing her perplexed expression.

Finally, it dawned on her why, in his final moments, Ronald had told her, "Aiden is no ordinary person! Make sure to lead a good life with him!"
