As soon as Zachary finished speaking, Angelina's face instantly flushed, and she glared at Zachary with annoyance.
Aiden waved his hand and said, "You're overthinking it! You and Angelina can discuss how to start the company."
Immediately, Angelina and Zachary began their research. Aiden wasn't ignorant—he simply lacked interest!
...
In a hotel, a man took out his phone and dialed a number. "Uncle Nicholas, I have the results from the investigation. That person is Mr. Aiden. However, it appears that he hasn't been living well for the past three years. Recently, though, Mr. Aiden seems to have regained his martial arts skills and nearly wiped out the Chapman Family of Keyland!"
"Is it truly Mr. Aiden?" Nicholas Farrer, who was on the other end of the line, exclaimed excitedly.
The man replied with certainty, "Yes, Mr. Aiden has been the son-in-law of the Gray Family for three years."
"Thank goodness, Mr. Aiden is still alive! Thank goodness!" Nicholas murmured and then spoke into the phone in a serious tone. "Only you and I should be aware of this matter. If I discover that you leaked it to others, you know the consequences!"
"Don't worry, Uncle Nicholas. Mr. Aiden owes a great debt to the Farrer Family. I know what to do!" the man with the surname Farrer replied.
Nicholas nodded and said, "Good, you understand. I have some matters to attend to in the capital. I'll go to Keyland in a few days. For now, don't disturb Mr. Aiden."
After hanging up the phone, Nicholas sat in his office chair, tears streaming down his face. "Mr. Aiden, did you become a son-in-law because you believed your martial arts foundation was destroyed three years ago? How have you been these past three years?"
Immediately, Nicholas picked up the phone. "Handle everything efficiently. I will only be in the capital for three days."
...
Gina was lying on her bed, clutching a large doll and repeatedly striking it, muttering to herself, "You're just a lapdog, chasing after an unattainable woman. I'm such a good woman, but you're not moved at all!"
After returning from the medical center, Gina became restless. Now that Angelina had moved to the medical center, did that mean there was some improvement in her relationship with Aiden?
Aiden even fought with the Chapman Family for her! Gina couldn't comprehend what was so appealing about Angelina!
"Besides being slightly prettier than me, she's utterly useless!" Gina muttered.
While Gina was complaining, there was a knock on the door. "Gina, it's Grandpa. May I come in?"
"Yes, Grandpa," Gina replied.
Samuel opened the door and walked in with a smile. "I heard from Mrs. Morton that you've been staying in your room ever since you came back. Did something happen?"
"No, Grandpa." Gina didn't tell the truth.
Samuel sat down by Gina's bed. "I've watched you grow up. I can tell when you're not in a good mood. How could I not know?" Samuel said with a smile. "Do you want to talk about it?"
At first, Gina didn't want to say anything, but when she saw the kind smile on her grandfather's face, she sighed and said, "It's not a big deal!"
"Is it because of Mr. Finnegan?" Samuel asked with a smile.
Gina was taken aback by the question but nodded.
"Do you like Mr. Finnegan?" Samuel asked.
Gina nodded again.
"Are you certain that you truly like Mr. Finnegan?" Samuel continued to inquire.

Inside the Finnegan Medical Center, after Angelina and Zachary finished their discussion, Zachary hurriedly left.
After Zachary left, Angelina approached Aiden excitedly and said, "We've finished discussing it. Zachary will start the procedures tomorrow!"
"Okay." Aiden nodded with a smile.
"Zachary said you'll have a 70% stake!" Angelina said with a smile.
Yet, Aiden shook his head and said, "Since we're partners, it's better to split it evenly, and we'll put the shares in your name too!"
"Why?" Angelina asked in confusion.
Aiden didn't answer her. He simply said, "I haven't done much for you in these three years."
Angelina was about to speak when a noblewoman entered the medical center.
"Are you here for a consultation or to pick up medication?" Helena quickly went to serve her and asked politely.
The noblewoman glanced around the medical center and then at the doctors inside. She expressed some disappointment, saying, "It's nothing special, actually."
Aiden chuckled and replied, "Well, a medical center is meant for medical care. What special things were you expecting?"
"I'm feeling a bit unwell. Could you please tell me who the doctor is?" the noblewoman furrowed her brow and asked.
Reece spoke up. "That would be me."
Just as the noblewoman was about to approach Reece, Aiden calmly interjected, "Reece, her case is a bit complicated. Let me handle it."
