Aiden Finnegan the Alchemist in Delcord novel Chapter 136

Warren turned and glanced at William before shifting his gaze to Ray, where he broke into a sudden smile.

Upon seeing Warren's smile, Ray felt a chill down his spine. He stammered, "M-Mr. Webb!"

Warren snorted coldly and said, "I don't want to see you at Webb Corporation again." He then turned to Lucas, who stood beside him, instructing, "Inform colleagues in the same industry that this man has been expelled from our company due to misconduct!"

Upon hearing this, Ray's face went pale. Warren's words implied that he would no longer be employable in Keyland, essentially making him a social outcast.

"Old Mr. Webb, you can't do this! Over the years, I've made significant contributions to Webb Corporation. Please find a way to let me go, given my dedication to the company!" Ray pleaded desperately, even falling off his wheelchair and crawling toward Warren's feet.

However, Warren snorted coldly and retorted, "You claim dedication to my company? I was considering repairing our relationship with Mr. Finnegan, but you, you b*stard, managed to offend him instead! Leave now!" With that, he kicked Ray in the abdomen and maintained a grim expression without uttering another word.

Warren uttered those words with the intention of ensuring Aiden could hear them from inside the medical center.

"Leave now!" Aiden's voice echoed from inside.

After receiving a response from Aiden, Warren let out a sigh of relief and approached Xavier from the Martial Arts Association, extending a helping hand to assist him. "Mr. Wolf, my apologies. The funds will be transferred to your account later. If you ever need anything in the future, feel free to ask. We won't turn you down."

"Okay." Xavier nodded, then expressed surprise. "Since when has Keyland had such a notable figure? He also set up a medical center here."

Warren gazed toward the medical center and remarked casually, "That's Aiden Finnegan, the one who nearly wiped out the Chapman Family a few days back."

"It's him?" Xavier reacted with astonishment, exclaiming, "It looks like he decided to show mercy this time."

Warren smiled bitterly and said, "Let's go."

One of the members of the Webb Family entourage asked, "Mr. Webb, what about him?"

Warren glanced at Ray and said coldly, "He's not part of our family, so what does he have to do with me?"

"No, Mr. Webb," Ray pleaded.

However, Warren paid no attention to him. The group hopped into the car and drove away, leaving Ray sitting by himself on the ground. Ray gazed emptily at the departing convoy, his eyes reflecting despair.

In the medical center, Angelina looked at Ray and sighed, remarking, "It's karma!"

Meanwhile, at Keyland Airport, an elderly man clad in a black suit strolled down the airport corridor.

A man quickly approached, taking hold of the old man's luggage. "Uncle Quentin, why did you come alone?" the man asked anxiously.

Quentin Finnegan smiled and replied, "Too many people would attract unnecessary attention."

"The car is parked outside. Let's hop in first!" the man suggested.

Quentin nodded and exited the door with the man. Upon reaching a Rolls-Royce parked in front, Quentin glanced toward a car on the side of the road. There, he observed an elderly man with gray hair seated in a wheelchair while several men in suits carefully assisted him into the car, keeping a vigilant eye on their surroundings.

"I didn't expect him to come as well. Could it be that he's here to meet a friend?" Quentin whispered.

The man followed his gaze, but the car had already driven away.

While heading to downtown Keyland, the man couldn't resist asking, "Uncle Quentin, who was that person at the airport just now?"

"Oh, that guy? He's the spokesperson for Forbidden Castle!" Quentin replied casually. "But I heard his health hasn't been great lately, so he probably wanted to catch up with an old friend while he's still mentally sharp."

"Logan, since when did Aiden pick up medical skills?" Quentin inquired.

Logan Cooper shook his head and replied, "I'm not sure. It seems that Mr. Aiden became the son-in-law of the Gray Family three years ago. Suddenly, he gained medical skills and appeared to be quite proficient in them!"

"He must have had some extraordinary experiences. It seems luck hasn't completely abandoned him." Quentin sighed.

After Angelina went back to her room, Aiden turned to Quentin and Logan, saying, "Let's talk inside."

Quentin's eyes lit up with excitement, and he followed Aiden into the medical center.

Once everyone was seated, Aiden calmly stated, "I didn't expect you to find me."

Quentin called out excitedly, "Addie..."

Aiden nodded and asked, "Uncle Quentin, how have the past three years treated you?"

"Quite poorly," Quentin sighed, continuing, "Since you disappeared, the Finnegan Family has undergone a complete transformation!"

"Who is in charge now?" Aiden asked calmly, appearing somewhat detached from the situation.

"Your grandmother still holds the reins," Quentin replied.

Aiden nodded and asked, "Uncle Quentin, did you come with the Finnegan Family, or did you come alone?"

"Only Logan and I know your whereabouts," Quentin said solemnly.

"Addie, how did you manage to survive?" Quentin asked.

Aiden stared at him intently and said, "It seems Uncle Quentin is still aware of what happened back then."
