Aiden Finnegan the Alchemist in Delcord novel Chapter 80

Aiden was unaware of what had happened at the college and drove back to the medical center.

Meanwhile, Nameless had already returned and was sitting in the lobby, sipping tea.

Upon seeing Aiden's return, he quickly stood up and greeted him, "Mr. Finnegan, did you go out?"

"No need for formalities. Just consider this place your own home," Aiden said with a smile.

...

Keyland, the Chapman Residence.

"Cohen, why are you here?" Jordan asked excitedly as he looked at the cold and stern man in front of him.

The cold and stern man replied indifferently, "The teacher told me to leave the mountain to gain experience. I had nowhere else to go, so I came to find you."

"Cohen, have you mastered the Amazing Six Technique?" Jordan was shocked when he noticed it because Cohen was a martial arts enthusiast and had recently been practicing the Amazing Six Technique taught by their teacher. Seeing that Cohen had left the mountain, he must have already mastered it.

Cohen Turner, the cold and stern man, nodded and said, "I have achieved some success."

"Congratulations, Cohen," Jordan said respectfully.

Cohen waved his hand, seeming indifferent, but the pride in his eyes indicated that he was still pleased with Jordan's words.

At that moment, a drunken man stumbled into the Chapman Residence, kicked off his shoes unsteadily, and headed straight for the living room, falling onto the couch.

"James, why are you drunk again?" Jordan scolded James, who had gotten drunk once more.

James struggled to open his eyes and glanced at Jordan and Cohen, demanding, "Why can't I drink? After all, I have become the laughingstock of everyone in Keyland."

"Laughingstock? Who dares to laugh at you?" Jordan frowned and asked.

James sneered. "Who? Everyone. I was beaten up at the banquet and couldn't fight back. Now everyone points and talks about me wherever I go."

"What happened?" Cohen asked, puzzled by James' words.

Jordan sighed and said, "Cohen, it's a long story."

"Who are you? How did you get into my house?" James asked unhappily, pointing at Cohen.

Jordan, seeing James' reaction, quickly spoke up and scolded, "James, shut up. This is my senior, Cohen Turner."

"Your senior? Is he as impressive as Aiden?" James looked at Cohen with a sideways glance.

Upon hearing that, Jordan became furious and rebuked, "What nonsense are you talking about? How can Aiden be compared to Cohen?"

"Hmph." James snorted and remained silent.

Cohen looked at Jordan and asked, "Who is Aiden?"

Hearing that question, Jordan had no choice but to explain what had happened at the banquet to Cohen.

"If it weren't for Gina from the Harper Family stepping forward, I wouldn't have let that guy go." Jordan coldly snorted.

Cohen frowned and said, "Is the Harper Family the one in the foreign trade business?"

"Yes, they are, Cohen," Jordan replied.

Upon hearing that, Cohen snorted and said, "Hmph. It's just the Harper Family. What's so terrifying about them? They have disgraced our sect."

"But Cohen, the Keyland Harper Family is still more powerful than the Chapman Family." Jordan frowned and reasoned.

Smiling, Cohen said to Jordan, "Do you know why our teacher asked me to leave home and why I came to Keyland?"

Jordan was taken aback by the smile and replied, "Could it be..."

Oh, women. When she dislikes you, she won't listen to anything you say. But when she likes you, she'll pout and make you say what she wants to hear.

"Angelina, are you upset?"

Still, there was only silence.

"Angelina, would you like another bowl of oatmeal?" Aiden cunningly asked, knowing that Angelina liked oatmeal.

"Okay," Angelina responded, only realizing the trick after speaking.

She looked up and saw a smirk on Aiden's face.

Then, she glared at him, pretending to be annoyed.

"You're such a blockhead." Angelina suddenly burst into laughter and said those words. She wasn't upset; she was just teasing Aiden.

Aiden helplessly said, "There's nothing I can do. If I knew how to charm a woman, I wouldn't have spent three years sleeping alone."

Watching Aiden's playful behavior, Angelina smacked him but felt a strange sensation in her heart. This was how a couple should act.

A few minutes later, they finished their breakfast.

Angelina patted her full belly and said, "I lost some weight this morning. But I guess I'll gain it back."

"You won't gain weight from just one meal." Aiden laughed and said, "And dieting is not good for the body, nor is it good for the baby. It can lead to malnutrition when we have children."

"Who asked to have children with you?" Angelina playfully complained, glaring at Aiden.

Aiden blinked and said, "Well, that would be a problem. I can't possibly get a vasectomy, right?"

"You go to hell." Angelina hit Aiden, but he dodged and ran out of the restaurant.

Unable to catch Aiden, Angelina grabbed her coat and chased after him.
