Aiden Finnegan the Alchemist in Delcord novel Chapter 79

Aiden inwardly sighed. Wealthy youngsters always enjoyed deceiving young women, and once they achieved their desires, they would lose interest and abandon them.

"Sally, both you and the baby in your womb are currently healthy. However, due to your slim figure, you have some nutritional deficiencies. I will prescribe prenatal vitamins for you," Aiden calmly stated.

"Thank you, Aiden," Sally gratefully replied.

With a wave of his hand, Aiden went to the medicine cabinet to prepare the medication himself.

After Aiden finished brewing and packaging the medicine, he handed it to Dolly.

"Aiden, how much does the medicine cost?" Sally asked, taking out her phone.

But Aiden shook his head and said, "It's free. Come for a check-up every two weeks. When it's no longer suitable for you to stay in school, you can stay here."

"Thank you, Aiden." Sally expressed her gratitude.

Aiden turned to Dolly and asked, "How did you guys get here?"

"We took a cab," Dolly replied.

Looking at the sky, Aiden offered, "I'll give you a ride back."

"Won't that be the same as taking a cab?" Dolly asked, confused.

Aiden said nothing and led the two young women out of the medical center. Then, he locked the door and headed to the parking lot.

"Aiden, why are you taking us to the parking lot?" Dolly looked at Aiden, puzzled.

"Leading you to my car," Aiden calmly replied.

Upon hearing that, Dolly was momentarily stunned before saying, "Angelina bought you a car?"

"Can't I buy it myself?" Aiden replied irritably.

"Oh right, with a medical center located on the luxurious Vermilion Avenue, why would you need Angelina to buy you a car?" Dolly chuckled to herself.

"Foolish girl," Aiden said helplessly.

When the group arrived before the Aston Martin, Dolly pointed to a nearby Chevrolet Cruze and said, "Aiden, I have to admit, you have good taste. That Chevrolet Cruze is quite nice."

Aiden remained silent. Then, he opened the door of the Aston Martin and said to Dolly and Sally, "Get in."

"Huh?" Dolly and Sally were both taken aback. Seeing Aiden open the door of the Aston Martin, Dolly urged him, "Aiden, stop fooling around. How do you know the door isn't locked? Close it quickly, or else the owner will come back and accuse you of stealing the car."

Aiden, however, helplessly took out the car keys from his pocket and said, "This car has keyless entry. Just because I don't have a key doesn't mean I can't start it."

Seeing the car key in Aiden's hand, Dolly opened her mouth in shock, then exclaimed, "Aiden, that's an Aston Martin."

"Are you two getting in or not? If you're not getting in, I'll return to the medical center," Aiden urged impatiently.

"We're getting in," both of them said in unison.

After the group got in the car, Aiden started the engine and drove out of the parking lot toward the university campus.

Inside the car, Dolly chattered non-stop, asking numerous questions.

"Aiden, how did you suddenly become so wealthy? You can even afford an Aston Martin now."

"Aiden, when did you learn to be a doctor?"

"Aiden, does Angelina know about this?"

"Aiden..."

Pfft! Hearing that, Sally, who had been silent all along, burst into laughter.

"What? Is it that expensive? Who is that wealthy young man?"

"This car can't be bought with money alone. The owner must be either rich or noble," the bespectacled young man spoke again.

Meanwhile, after bidding farewell to Aiden, Dolly and Sally got out of the car.

When the two turned around, everyone's mouths dropped wide open.

"Dolly Cubb, Sally Lawrence."

"It's actually them. No wonder Dolly rejects all her suitors. Turns out she's being kept by a rich man!"

"Don't spread rumors. How do you know that Dolly is being kept by a rich man?" a male student rebuked.

"Tsk. Dolly's family is not very wealthy. If she's not being kept by a rich man, how could she ride such a car? Sally is even more unlikely to be rich. Who doesn't know that she's poor?"

Listening to the discussions, Dolly turned serious and rebuked, "What nonsense are you talking about? That is my brother-in-law's car. Also, what do you mean by poor?"

Seeing that Dolly heard them, the guys quickly turned around and ran. They couldn't bear the consequences if they got into trouble with someone who could afford such an expensive car.

"Dolly, let it go," Sally said calmly.

But Dolly's face was full of resentment as she said, "Those gossipmongers will surely spread rumors."

"I don't care anymore." Sally said calmly, "My only focus is on this little angel."

As she spoke, she caressed her belly, her face radiating a maternal glow.

Looking at Sally's appearance, Dolly felt a bit distressed. "Sally, let me accompany you back to the dormitory."
