Sienna:
The morning light streamed softly through the window, casting a golden hue across the bedroom. I lay nestled beneath the blankets, Damon’s arm lazily draped over my waist, his chest rising and falling in steady rhythm against my back. For a moment, there was peace.
He shifted behind me, and I turned slowly to face him.
“You’re awake,” I whispered, brushing a strand of his dark hair from his forehead. “I thought that you would be asleep.”
“I was enjoying the peace,” he murmured, voice thick with sleep. “But I think it’s safer to say you’re the reason I’m enjoying it. With your chest rising and falling, your gentle breaths that are little pout on your lips.”
A small laugh escaped my lips. I leaned in, brushing a kiss to his jaw. He smirked and wanted to lean in to connect his lips with mine, but I knew that if he did, we would never get out of bed. “We should get ready. We have work, remember? I doubt that we should be doing this this early.”
“I remember,” he said, rolling onto his back with a groan. “But I also remember you saying you liked sleeping in my arms.”
My cheeks flushed, but I didn’t deny it. He turned us around and hovered over my body, making me look him in the eye as he pinned me down. He leaned in and connected his lips with mine. “I doubt that being a little late is going to be causing an issue.”
“And I doubt that your version of a little late is the same as mine.” I said, feeling his hardening cock brush against my thigh.
“I don’t think that anyone is going to be missing us anyway.” He kissed me before I could stop him, before I could say otherwise. I laughed into the kiss before wrapping my arms around him. “Saying the word I love you is never going to be enough.”
“I love you too.” I whispered, feeling him push inside me. I gasped. His eyes met mine as he rested his forehead against my own.
His thrusts were gentle, making sure not to hurt me despite me wanting him to go. That’s all. Harder. The two of us knew that last night’s events would have won, had me limping, and if he went too hard this morning, I wouldn’t be able to walk at all.
His forehead rested against my own with each thrust, his kisses, his eyes meeting mine, everything displayed in my mind here on his fingers, down my body before circling it where I wanted him most.
“Damon…” I whimpered in pleasure.
“Let go from me, baby girl, just let go.” He whispered. And that was all it took for my body to collapse, for me to see stars of pleasure, and for him to ride himself off. “I love you, so much…”
“I love you too.” I said, as he pulled out of me. I whimpered, and he smirked before his eyes softened.
“Come on, let me take you to the shower. I believe that we need to freshen up before getting ready.” He said, and I hummed in response.

After getting ready, I stepped out of the bathroom, adjusting the cuff of my blazer. Damon stood at the foot of the bed, his tie half done. I crossed the room, my fingers brushing his as I helped knot the silk fabric. He smiled as he watched, allowing me to be the one to do is.
“You really do act like you’ve never done this before,” I teased. He leaned in, connecting his lips with mine in a quick peck.
“I’ve never had a reason to look this good,” he replied, the smirk tugging at his lips making my heart do that annoying flutter again. “Nor did I have anyone to help me with it.”
He studied me for a second longer before leaning in, his lips brushing against my ear.
“Good,” he whispered. “Because you’ll need the energy later. We’re going on a date tonight.”
I blinked. “A date?”
“Don’t look so surprised,” he chuckled. “Yes, a date. I know you think I’m incapable of doing things like that.”
“I didn’t say anything,” I laughed. “I just… didn’t know you were the type.”
“There’s a first time for everything,” he said with a wink before disappearing into his office.
I stood there for a moment longer, trying to enjoy the little flutter in my chest. But still, I couldn’t shake the feeling that someone, somewhere, was watching us, watching me.
And I didn’t like it.
Not one bit.
