Alpha Damon (Sienna) novel Chapter 151

Damon:

She was curled up on the bed again, this time wrapped in one of my black button-down shirts that nearly swallowed her whole. Her hair was tousled, her bare legs tangled in the sheets, and she had that sleepy, just-woke-up glow that hit me like a damn punch to the gut.

She looked up at me from where she sat cross-legged, a tray of breakfast between us—pancakes, eggs, fruit, and coffee I forced myself to make without burning the damn cabin down.

“Did you just smile?” she asked teasingly, lifting a piece of strawberry to her lips.

“I always smile,” I said, though I knew it was rare.

She raised a brow, popping the berry into her mouth. “Sure you do. Just as you are always ready to do random romantic gestures.”

I leaned back on my hands, watching her, drinking her in with every breath. “It’s easy when I wake up with you. And they are easier to make by your side. Sometimes you find it harder to contain yourself when there is someone that you love by your side.”

Her cheeks flushed the prettiest shade of pink, and I leaned forward, brushing her knee with my fingers. I slowly removed the tray from between us, setting it on the side table by our side as I looked her in the eye.

Her heart raced against her chest, and though she did not speak, I knew that she got the message that I wanted to give her as her breathing ragged for a second. She held it before speaking, her voice coming out as a whisper.

“What?”

The softness in her voice was all it took for me to feel the need to give in to whatever it was that she wanted to tell me. My eyes were focused on hers. Our hearts beating in sync, and the way that I knew that she was officially mine and mine alone. Just as I was now hers, officially and truly hers, with everything that I had.

I didn’t answer. Instead, I leaned in and kissed the corner of her mouth, slow and lingering, tasting the sweet berry on her lips. I let my lips linger there for a few seconds, making her smile.

She sighed into the kiss, her fingers instinctively finding my shoulders, moving toward her until I was hovering over her, my palms planted on either side of her hips. She whimpered under me and I gently moved my hips against hers, making her feel my hardening cock for her. The effect that she was having on me, reminding her who she belonged to, just as much as I belonged to her.

“You’re perfect,” I said quietly, eyes locked on hers. “You know that? In every possible way.”

“No, I’m not.” She said, her cheeks flushing. I rested my forehead against hers, letting my gaze linger on hers for a few seconds.

“You are to me.”

She reached for me then, pulling me closer, our mouths finding each other again, this time deeper, more searching. My hand slipped down her thigh, tracing the smooth line of her skin before sliding beneath the shirt. Goosebumps rose under my touch, and I let out a low groan when she gently raised her hips to meet my gentle thrusts. My eyes met hers, and she smiled.

She arched her back as I brushed my knuckles over her inner thigh, spreading her legs just enough to fit between them. I kissed down her neck, across her collarbone, my breath warm against her skin as she tangled her fingers in my hair. She gently pulled on the roots, and I groaned before kissing her neck, sucking on it gently. I was careful not to hurt her, still, tender skin under my bite.

Mine stung, and I knew that hers did too. It was something that I wanted to show a little concern to, let her know that I cared, even by such a small and gentle gesture.

She clung to me, her fingers digging into my back as I rocked into her, my forehead pressed to hers, our breaths shared between kisses. I whispered her name like a prayer, and when we both shattered together, I held her as tightly as I could, like she was the only thing anchoring me to this world.

Maybe she was.

Afterward, I tucked her beneath the sheets, her head resting on my chest, our legs still tangled. She traced lazy circles on my skin with her fingers, and I couldn’t stop smiling.

This wasn’t just lust.

This wasn’t just fate.

This was her.

And she was mine.
