Isabel went with the police to the testing facility.

The moment Oliver saw her, he ran over and hugged her legs tightly. "Mom."

Isabel pulled him off, her expression impassive. "Don't call me that. I'm not your mother."

"You're the idiot!" Oliver struggled fiercely, screaming at the top of his lungs, torturing everyone's eardrums.

Isabel was looking at her phone, watching a video Evelyn had sent her.
