Breaking Mr. Cold (Giselle and Donovan) novel Chapter 396

Sebastian forcefully carried Vivienne to the parking lot, where he gave her a tight hug. "It's good news! I'll bring you home and talk to my mom about getting married."

"You're insane! Let go of me!"

"You're carrying my child. Of course, I should marry you. What else are you going to do? Now, calm down and come home with me!"

Sebastian was a well-known playboy among the scions. Not only was he unsuccessful in his studies and career, but he often got into fights, got into car races, and created trouble. Because of that, he frequented the police department.

He went through women like he went through clothes. Therefore, it was surprising to see the transformation within him—he immediately suggested marriage to Vivienne, who was carrying his child, like a responsible gentleman.

Even Giselle herself was in disbelief. Her attitude towards her half-brother finally softened.

She questioned, "Are you sure you're marrying Vivienne?"

"Of course! She's pregnant with my child. If I don't marry her, is she gonna find another man to be the father?" he replied without hesitation.

Vivienne was used to his pattern. He loved running his mouth and making empty promises, whether or not he could actually keep them.

On their way, Sebastian called Renee, telling her to come home from work and that he had something important and urgent to discuss with her.

After 40 minutes or so, they arrived at the Holt residence.

As Giselle refused to see the Holts, she waited in the car. Meanwhile, Sebastian took Vivienne to the Holts' luxurious living room.

Renee, who had been busy working at the office, rushed home at that moment. She had to put everything aside to listen to her son, especially after he urgently requested her to come home.
