Sobbing quietly, Vivienne mumbled, "I didn't have feelings for him when we first met. He was not my type at all, not to mention I hated his spoiled kid behavior. I only slept with him because I wanted to get some money off that rich idiot.

"As time passed, I realized that he might look like a roguish playboy, but he's a simple and honest man deep within. He's good to me—no matter how angry I am at him, he'll cheer me up with a grin. I tested him by asking for more money, but he gave me however much I wanted without feeling annoyed.

"You know my relationship history. I've never met a man who's so loyal to me. Besides, he's so rich—richer than any man I've dated.

"Slowly, I took to him. I can't leave him or stand him getting in touch with other women. I even dreamed of marrying him.

"I'll admit—I got pregnant partly on purpose. I knew the so-called 'safe period' wasn't always safe, but I still didn't use protection. I just never thought I'd actually end up pregnant.

"I fretted for days and nights after finding out. I had wanted to tell Sebastian, but I worried that we'd never get married. Renee is a capable woman, after all. He and I are not from the same world at all…
