"Almost there, almost there..."
"You're acting all crazy in the middle of the night, like you're on something."
Tyrone was definitely not "on something." He was just duped by his mom into drinking some kind of herbal concoction that was supposed to be a miracle tonic for vitality and vigor.
After a long and passionate night, Quintessa was both exhausted and drowsy. Before she drifted off to sleep, she snapped, "When I wake up, I better not see you around. Get lost."
Tyrone quickly responded, "Easy, easy... Go to sleep!"

As the sun rose, Quintessa opened her eyes to find Tyrone's face uncomfortably close to hers. Remembering the events of the night, she snorted and gave Tyrone a kick.
The movement only reminded her of her sore body.
Tyrone didn’t wake up, so Quintessa, irritated, reached out to slap his face, finally stirring him. Quintessa glowered, "Get out."
Tyrone, still groggy, grunted, "This is my place, why should I leave?"
Quintessa scoffed, "Fine then, I'll leave."
As she was about to jump out of bed, Tyrone panicked and quickly stopped her, "No, don’t... Look, I won’t argue with you, I’ll leave! I’m used to it anyway."
He pulled Quintessa back into bed and covered her with the blanket.
"Just sleep. I really owe you one. This time I won’t argue. Wait till I see your mom next time, I’ll have a word."
Quintessa yawned, "Just remember to pick up some birth control."
Grumbling, Tyrone put on his pajamas and headed for the door, only to catch Mrs. York as she stumbled in, losing her balance.
Tyrone widened his eyes in surprise, "You..."
