Upon arrival, Quintessa spotted two guest stars who seemed more suited to a Vegas lounge than a film set, with their flamboyant and seductive poker game.

After exchanging pleasantries with everyone, Quintessa took her seat. She didn't mind the behavior of the two actresses; in her eyes, every woman was fighting her own battle. Entering the industry meant climbing the ladder by any means necessary, and that was fine by her, as long as it didn't affect her directly.

What Quintessa hadn't anticipated was the arrival of another guest soon after she sat down.

The producer and Director Gardner immediately stood up to introduce the newcomer.

Quintessa glanced over and locked eyes with the newcomer - a gaze as cold and emotionless as a winter's night.

She tensed up, narrowing her eyes and clenching her fists.

Director Gardner announced, "Everyone, this is our new investor, Mr. Andrew Yates, the chairman of Light Media. Let's give Mr. Yates a warm welcome."

Quintessa couldn't help but smirk. She had told Tyrone that joining this project would mean she wouldn't have to deal with Andrew, yet here he was, turning up as an investor.

The others greeted Andrew politely, and he nodded in acknowledgment.

Once the introductions were over, Andrew turned to Quintessa, "Ms. Young, you've become even more beautiful since we last met."

Quintessa replied sarcastically, "What a coincidence, Mr. Yates!"

Andrew smiled slightly, "No, I invested in this project precisely because Ms. Young is part of it."
