Leonardo frowned slightly as he looked at the teary-eyed me. There were complex emotions in his eyes that I couldn’t quite name. Was it concern? He reached up and gently tucked a stray lock of hair behind my ear with his fingertips. The rough yet warm touch of his calloused fingers against my skin sent a shiver down my spine.
