Five Years Up I Reveal I'm The Richest He Kneels And Begs novel Chapter 328

Chapter 328: Horseback Riding

If she didn’t let off some steam soon, Gianna felt like she might just burst from the mounting frustration inside her.

“Miguel, Vincent, next time we have to win back at least one point,” she said firmly, her voice tinged with determination.

In less than forty-eight hours, the reality show would wrap up. They had already completed all the promotional work and drawn a decent crowd; the show’s popularity was undeniable. Yet, despite the apparent success, Gianna couldn’t shake the feeling that she hadn’t truly accomplished what she set out to do.

She pinned her hopes on the two men in her team, silently urging them to give their absolute best.

Vincent smirked and shot back, “Easy for you to say. If you’re so great, why don’t you do it yourself?”

Gianna’s heart sank at his words. She knew this woman—herself—was all talk. When it came down to the crunch, she felt useless, incapable of carrying the team. Even a hundred star players wouldn’t make up for her shortcomings.

She should have trusted herself more. Without even trying, she had a way of dragging the whole team down, dampening their talents and smarts single-handedly. Truly remarkable, she thought bitterly.

“Vincent!” she snapped sharply, irritation flashing in her eyes.

Then, turning to Miguel, her gaze softened, tears welling up as she put on a look of injured innocence. Had he forgotten they were still being filmed for the show? How could he be so blunt about her in front of the cameras?

If she really was as capable as she claimed, why would she need their help at all?

Miguel remained silent. He wanted to defend Gianna, but after the past two days, he just didn’t have the energy. She had slowed them down more than he could count. Tasks that should have been simple were botched because of her unpredictable behavior.

Sometimes, he just didn’t understand her. Why couldn’t she quietly finish what needed doing instead of turning everything into a dramatic performance, creating these elaborate “characters” for the audience?

Maybe it was a bad habit picked up from years in the entertainment industry. Why couldn’t she be more like Amelia—less talk, more action?

Instead, Gianna said grand things and made big promises to the townspeople, but in the end, nothing got done. People were disappointed, and their team’s reputation suffered.

No wonder Marcelo refused to team up with her, leaving her stuck with Miguel. He must have known she was difficult to manage—even he couldn’t control her.

Not long after everyone retreated to their rooms for some rest, the host called them all out to the yard to gather.

Miguel and Vincent, who hadn’t even had a proper break, groaned softly. If there was a next time, they swore they would never join a reality show this frustrating again. Wasn’t it so much better to just relax at home?

Still, they reluctantly followed the group outside.

“Next, we’re taking everyone to a relaxing and fun spot as a little thank-you for all your hard work these past few days,” the host announced with a bright, welcoming smile.

At last, before the show ended, they were about to enjoy some free time.

Relief washed over Gianna’s team when they realized it wasn’t another task or competition.
