Archie’s face darkened, a storm brewing within him as he approached Helen with purpose. His eyes bore into hers, searching for a crack in her composure. After a moment of intense scrutiny, he sneered, the contempt dripping from his voice. “Young lady, do you even comprehend the consequences of toying around in a place like this? Finally, she lifted her gaze, her expression as cool as ever. “When you suck, you should admit it.”

A few young researchers nearby couldn’t stifle their laughter, their snickers breaking the tension momentarily.
