"Well hello, Miss White."

"Lambert, this is the woman you're going to marry, isn't she? She's a catch." His friend elbowed him while grinning mischievously.

Upon hearing this, the woman nestling in Lambert's arms immediately got upset. She held her head high and strode domineeringly up to Ariana, saying provocatively, "So you're the slut trying to steal my man?"

"If you insult me again, I'll make you regret it."

Ariana wasn't without a temper, just a glare from her eyes made the other woman choke upon her words. The woman could only seek help from Lambert: "Lambert, are you going to marry her over me? I won't accept losing."

Ariana frowned, not understanding what game Lambert was playing.

The very next second, Lambert's magnetic voice resonated clearly. He stepped forward, slung his arm over the woman's shoulder, and gazed at Ariana, speaking in a smile-but-not-really tone, "Whichever of you two wins, I will marry."

If it had been the old Ariana, she probably would have left right then and there, embarrassed and angry.

But having experienced life and death, Ariana merely gave the woman a cold sidelong glance, and asked calmly, "What are we competing in?"

"Figure."

The woman, as though she had prepared for this, swiveled her torso and took bold strides up to the high platform by the pool. With great pomp, she pointed at Ariana and commanded, "Take off your clothes and get up here!"

Even though Ariana prepared to compete, but she didn't expect this. She was angry after hearing these two. And, what did they take her for?

Some insecure attention seeker?

"You guys are going too far."

Ariana furrowed her eyebrows, rejecting without a second thought.

Lambert's dark eyes flashed; he hooked the her chin and coldly sneered, "Ariana, if you want to marry me, you have to follow my orders."
