“You must realize the difficulty here. These prices are set considering us as friends. What if we let Sister-in-law and Hannah play a card game, if she wins, we will go by what you say for the material prices. How does that sound?" William chuckled knowingly, well aware of Hannah's inclination towards Lambert.

Seeing two women not getting along would make for good entertainment.

Ariana raised her eyebrows, her face not showing any particular emotion. She didn't expect him to drag her into this issue.

It was clear that William was abusing public power for personal gain, intending to take revenge for past grievances.

She glanced at him indifferently, and Hannah realized she was looking at her challengingly.
