When the little one in Ariana's arms heard his mother's voice, he promptly waved his arms in delight as if he wanted Allison to hold him.

However, at this moment, Allison was completely fascinated by Ariana's child, not even sparing a glance at her own son.

Finally, Allison noticed her own son.

She excitedly exclaimed, "I told you, these two will definitely be best buddies in the future. Come, let's put the two down and let them play." Allison was all for fostering a close relationship between her son and Ariana's son. She was eager to see a childhood friendship form between them. In these years, sometimes a childhood friendship was even stronger than blood bonds.

Just like her and Ariana.

So, she wanted the next generation to carry on their friendship.

Ariana shot her a helpless look, then put Shawn down. The floor of the Morris family's house was covered with a soft carpet, so it wasn't cold at all.

Once Allison carefully put down Lucian as well, Shawn quickly crawled over-enthusiastically.

Just as Allison was happily thinking the two kids were about to play together, Shawn directly pushed Lucian. The little Lucian certainly couldn't resist the few weeks-old Shawn and fell over. Then, Shawn immediately took the milk bottle that Lucian had been holding.

Soon after, Shawn started drinking the milk with joy, a gleeful light in his large eyes.

This really angered Allison.

She quickly stepped forward, grabbed the baby bottle from her son, and chastised, “How would you like it if others took your bottle away? That's your brother's.” Then, she handed the bottle back to Lucian.

Shawn was upset to see his spoil of war being taken away by his own mother. Ariana found it amusing from the side. She laughed, “Alright, stop bullying them, or they'll really cry." Then, she gave Shawn one of Lucian's spare bottles.

Shawn looked at the bottle, then at the one that Lucian had. Even though he was still upset, he started to suck on the bottle reluctantly.

Allison was fuming beside them. “This little one, he's nothing like me or Stefan. He thoroughly enjoys bullying others. Now he even dares to bully little Lucian! If we don't teach him a lesson, he's going to be out of control in the future!"

Ariana patted the happily feeding Shawn, she then replied with a chuckle: “You're overreacting. It's normal for children to want to keep their food."

Seeing that both children were playing well, Allison gradually shifted her focus from them. She turned her head to Ariana and asked, "Ariana, will you return to your family's company after healing?” Lately, Allison had been considering if she should learn from Ariana and manage a company.

She thought it seemed like a fun idea.

Ariana’s hand paused for a moment, then she said casually, "We'll see.”

Allison sensitively noticed that Ariana seemed to be in a low mood, the cause being her mentioning the company. Allison frowned and couldn't help but say, "What happened?
