Ariana did not believe that outsiders could enter freely and set up a trap in an area as expensive as where the White Family's residence is situated.

The only explanation was that there's a traitor in the house working with Vincent!

Perhaps due to Ariana's intimidating stare, the servants, who were initially indifferent, suddenly became silent.

Ariana lowered her voice, speaking to them in an aloof tone, "I believe everyone is aware that Housekeeper Woods hasn't been well, so I am temporarily taking over the affairs of this house."

She took out a notebook, speaking coolly, "Yesterday, I initiated a review and discovered many problems. I have decided to dismiss several people directly— Aunt Angela from the kitchen, Gill the driver, and Alba who's in charge of the garden."

Driver Gill was the first to express his dissatisfaction, "Miss, on what grounds are you dismissing us without explanation? We have been working diligently, why are we being dismissed?"

Some of the others too voiced their discontent, "Exactly. Aunt Angela works the hardest in the kitchen, how could she be dismissed just like that? And Alba too, although he's a bit old, he has been devoted all along. This is totally preposterous."

"Miss, I beg you not to dismiss me! I have a family member who is sick, and I cannot lose this job!" Angela, terrified, immediately knelt down begging Ariana.

Meanwhile, Alba beside her looked unhappy but remained silent.
