Alpha Henry retracted some of his pressure and said to Barry at his side, “Bring the light screen and projector over.”

Then, using the latest information he had received, he addressed the crowd of ordinary people gathered before him.

“Who is Nina’s family?” he asked.

The crowd was silent. No one responded.

Alpha Henry explained patiently, “The werewolf who died in the quarantine zone was named Nina. She was an omega.”

The crowd looked at each other. It had to be said, when Alpha Henry announced the name of the deceased, everyone felt a wave of relief. Thank goodness it wasn’t their family member.
